Fabric Sourcing
Our fabric sourcing is derived world widely, and includes
all kinds of fabrics. Let us show you our fabric origin, range,
and weave:.
Fabric Origin: Mainly from China, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia,
and Europe
Fabric Range: Natural: Cotton, Linen, Wool, etc
Synthetic: Acrylic, Modal, Nylon, Polyester, Rayon,
Spandex, Tencel, etc.
Fabric Weave and Print: poplin, twill, satin, denim
(max. to 13oz), oxford, herringbone, velvet, corduroy, dobby,
jacquard, houndstooth, lace, eyelet, print, discharge print,
embroidery, knit (trim fabric), etc.
Fabric Quality Assurance
Not only we are proud of our strong fabric sourcing, but our
fabric inspection systems as well. When we receive a set of
bulk fabric, inspection must be taken. Fabric quality, color,
weight , width and hand will be inspected. Moreover, we limit
the acceptable level of the shrinkage difference from roll
to roll within 2%. Some fabric will need to be check the shade
lot color. We sort the fabric by shade lot to allocate the
same color lot for each DC division. Furthermore, we would
use the fabric shrinkage data to arrange a trial sample before
proceeding bulk. If the measurement have problem, we then
adjust the pattern and arrange 2nd trail sample and so forth
until the measurement is within the tolerance before we go
to bulk cutting.
